 -According to a research by the “University of Alberta”, one glass of wine would give similar results to those obtained after a one-hour routine benefits workout at the gym or outdoors.

 

According to the study published by the "Journal Physiology", consuming a glass of red wine, allows us to improve physical performance, increase muscle strength and regulate the flow of blood to the heart.

 

The result is due to the high amounts of "Resveratrol" the liquor contain,  according to lead researcher Jason Dyck, this compound provides benefits similar to those obtained at the time of exercise.

 

The report notes that the results are only obtained if a glass of red wine a day is drunk, adding that  exceed that quota is not recommended, because it is harmful to health due to the high amount of calories it provides.

 

A glass of wine a day has many health benefits. However, it is not advisable to exceed that amount or to remove the physical activity of our routines.

 

Moreover, scientists warn that this positive result is obtained only through the consumption of red wine and daily intake should not be done, the recommendation is every 48 hours.

 

For example, you can establish a diet in which wine is drunk: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, then training: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

 

Drinking more than one drink a day, repeat the procedure every day or lead a sedentary life unfortunately did not provide the desired results.
